A hydraulic aggregate consists of oil reservoir, pump, electric- or diesel engine, filter, hoses, pressure relief- and control valves and connections for various hydraulic equipments.

The container sizes, connections (inlet and expiration) and critical flow rates depend on the later function and must be carefully laid out accordingly thereafter.

The hydraulic oil produces a hydraulic pressure, which can be then used over the connections for different machines.

Example applications are: Monitoring systems in power stations, presses, Schredder, stroke hoists, cranes, machine tools, construction of vehicles, extrusion, and test equipments.

Each hydraulic aggregate is projected and developed according to your needs and data. Therefore it is of special importance clarifying the requirements in a detailed customer face to face discussion.

During the replacement of existing engine plants, we recommend to clarify a specification of the plant exactly by our technical designers or mechanics around requirements and the site conditions. Afterwards the aggregate is laid out by our technical designers and in dialog with the customer we design diagram, design and spare part lists. After having collected all data, they are examined together by construction and manufacturing and handed over to the customer.
